Nilo / Lisboa lid flange with seal

The flange forms the seating and fastening section beneath the filter tank lid. Choose this assembly when the flange or its sealing surface is damaged and replacing the O-ring alone does not address the cause of the leak.

What is included

Flange and seal as listed under IFS080765002. The top lid is not included.

Identifying the correct part

Compare the flange design and fixing arrangement with the original part. The lid, flange and two different seals have separate references in the exploded view.

If you are unsure about the version, send us a photograph of the original part and the filter label. Matching the actual design is more reliable than using the range name alone.

Replacement and checks

Before dismantling, switch off the pump, prevent it from starting and release filter pressure as instructed in the filter manual. Open the joint only after depressurising. Clean the seating surfaces and inspect adjacent parts; a new seal will not repair a damaged thread or cracked body.

Follow the instructions for your particular tank during fitting. After assembly, bleed the filter and check the repaired joint for leaks when restarting. Do not overtighten plastic components.
