Shipping and payment

The cart shows available carriers, shipping prices and payment methods before you place your order. The options depend on the delivery country, parcel weight, dimensions and contents.

Delivery within the Czech Republic

Balíkovna na adresu – delivery to your chosen address.
DPD – delivery to your chosen address.
Balíkovna – delivery to the collection point selected in the cart.
DPD Pickup – delivery to the collection point selected in the cart.
Zásilkovna Z point – delivery to a collection point, with payment in advance. Cash on delivery is not available.
FOFR – transport of canisters and bulky goods, subject to the options shown in the cart.
Free store collection – Dražkovice 212, Pardubice. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it. See our store address and opening hours.

The cart calculates the final shipping price for your parcel. Before completing your order, you will see the available delivery options and their prices, including VAT.

Free delivery and special transport within the Czech Republic

Standard orders delivered within the Czech Republic qualify for free delivery when the order value exceeds CZK 2,350 including VAT. Barrels and sand are subject to special transport conditions. Their delivery charges and any surcharges are shown in the cart before you place your order. This Czech delivery threshold does not apply automatically to other countries.

Delivery to Slovakia and other countries

Select your delivery country in the cart. For Slovakia, DPD, Zásilkovna Z point and Toptrans are available depending on the shipment contents. The cart displays the current price in the relevant currency and the available payment methods. If you cannot find a suitable delivery option for your country or shipment, email info@chemie-bazen.cz.

Payment methods

The checkout shows the payment methods available for your chosen delivery option and any applicable fees.

Bank transfer – use the international payment details below and enter your order number as the payment reference.
Online card payment or Apple Pay – payments are processed by ComGate Payments, a.s.
Cash on delivery within the Czech Republic – CZK 45 including VAT for supported delivery options. Availability is shown after you select delivery. Cash on delivery is not available with Zásilkovna Z point. For other countries, use the payment options and fees displayed in the cart.
Store collection – select an available payment method in the cart.
