Parts for Zodiac pH and Chlor Expert / Gen dosing stations
When servicing a dosing station, the pump, measuring probe, probe holder and electronics can be addressed separately. The full equipment model and original catalogue code help identify the part.
Two probe holder designs
The newer holder has a ½″ connection and a PG13.5 thread for the probe. The older holder is listed for a 12 mm diameter probe. Choose the mounting method to match the original measuring assembly.
Pump and electronics
The range includes replacement tubes, a pump cover, motor and control boards. Electronics for pH and chlorine have their own applications. Diagnose a dosing fault first so that the component actually at fault is replaced.
pH and redox calibration solutions are available for maintaining the measuring system. Their use follows the particular station's procedure. Have a service technician carry out electrical repairs.
