Mini hot tub tablets for different water care systems
MINI usually refers to tablet size, rather than composition. This category includes chlorine, bromine and active oxygen products. The choice depends on your existing water care system, dosing equipment and the hot tub manufacturer's instructions.
Chlorine and active oxygen tablets
CHEMOFORM MINI slow-dissolving chlorine tablets, 20 g release chlorine gradually. Fast-dissolving versions are used differently and cannot be substituted simply because the tablets weigh the same.
OXI MINI tablets, 1 kg are part of an active oxygen treatment system. This product must be used with Aqua Blanc O2 activator. Its application and testing procedures differ from those for chlorine tablets.
Dosing in a small volume of water
Knowing the actual water volume is important in a hot tub. Follow the individual product label for the number of tablets and where to add them. Do not place tablets directly on the tub surface or mix different products in one dispenser. Regular pH and disinfectant testing is still necessary when using multifunctional tablets.
