Electric pool heating and replacement heating elements
An electric heater transfers heat to flowing water through a heating element. Heating time depends on output, water volume and the pool's heat losses. Switching it on does not instantly heat the entire pool.
A heating element is a spare part
The 6 kW element for EOV, EOVp and EOVk is intended for the listed heaters operating without salt. The 6 kW titanium element is offered for the corresponding titanium heater ranges, such as EOVnTi.
The same power rating does not mean the same mounting or electrical connections. A separate element is not a complete immersion heater that can be placed directly in the pool. Identify the original equipment and its matching part before replacement.
Flow, controls and electrical connections
A heater needs the specified flow, functioning controls and the protective devices required for the complete system. A flow switch or sensor pocket is an individual component, not a complete control system.
Electrical installation and element replacement must be carried out by a qualified professional following the equipment documentation. Saltwater suitability depends on the whole heater and its operating conditions, rather than simply the word titanium in a part's name.
