Overflow grating to match the channel width and supports
Grating covers the overflow channel while allowing water through. A replacement is selected by width, support height and how its segments connect, so the new section fits the existing grating.
Same width, different designs
The 195 Ă— 22 mm grating has a stated 45 segments per metre. Its height is 22 mm at the edge and 35 mm in the centre. The 195 Ă— 35 mm roll grating has 43 segments per metre and is listed for private pools.
Segment quantity and corners
The quantity required depends on channel length and the selected system's number of segments per metre. Separate corner plates are available in matching sizes. For a partial repair, the shape of the original grating's interlocking connections also matters.
For a public pool, the chosen grating must meet the particular installation's requirements and the manufacturer's documented intended use. Check regularly for cracked segments and inspect their supports.
