Spare parts for Zodiac CyclonX
Available CyclonX parts include filter baskets, drive components, covers and power supply parts. Repairs depend on the exact model and original part code.
60, 100 and 200 µm filter baskets
The 60 µm basket captures finer particles than the 100 µm version or 200 µm basket. A lower number means finer filtration. When there is a lot of fine debris, the finer basket also clogs faster and needs more frequent cleaning.
Driven and free-running drive cassettes
Cassette WR0632300 is driven, while WR0632200 is free-running. These are different drive components, selected by their position in the exploded diagram. The transparent top cover WR0632400 is a separate part.
Maintenance before replacement
If movement is irregular, check the tracks and remove debris trapped in the drive system. The cause may also be in the drive or power supply. Select motor parts and cables only after identifying the fault and exact cleaner version.
