75 mm PVC: pipe joints and wall connections
75 mm pipes and fittings are used to build larger pool pipe systems. Elbows and tees establish the route, reducers connect different diameters, and unions make later dismantling easier.
Removable connection
The 75 × 75 mm union has two solvent-weld ends and an overall length of 110 mm. For servicing, access to the union nut matters as well as the length.
Connection through a tank wall
The 75 mm bulkhead fitting with two seals is intended, for example, for a filtration sump or technical tank. It offers a 75 mm solvent-weld connection and a 3″ male thread. Determine the mounting hole size and suitable wall thickness for the particular fitting before drilling.
Install solvent-weld sections using cleaner and adhesive suitable for the material and diameter. Observe the adhesive manufacturer's curing time before commissioning.
