Fairland EasySalt 26 salt chlorinator – 26 g/h, pools up to 70 m³

Not rated Rating details
Brand: Fairland

Chlorine production: 26 g/h · Recommended for pools up to 70 m³ · Salinity: 3–5 g/l.

An option for larger family pools, recommended by Poolservis for volumes up to 70 m³. Its 26 g/h output provides reserve for warm summer days and more frequent use; actual chlorine demand still depends on water conditions, covering and filtration time.

Self-cleaning titanium cell, 1–10 h polarity reversal and Wi-Fi / Modbus RS485 support. 230 V AC supply.

Pool specialist’s opinion

An option for larger family pools, recommended by Poolservis for volumes up to 70 m³. Its 26 g/h output provides reserve for warm summer days and more frequent use; actual chlorine demand still depends on water conditions, covering and filtration time.

  • + 26 g/h output with our recommended reserve for pools up to 70 m³
  • + Adjustable polarity reversal reduces cell scaling
  • + Integration through Wi-Fi, Modbus RS485 and a dry contact
  • - Regular pH and free-chlorine testing is still required
  • - Short filtration hours or high pool use may require a higher-output model

Automatic chlorine generation from salt water

Fairland EasySalt 26 generates chlorine by electrolysing salt dissolved in the pool water. It helps replenish disinfectant without routine manual dosing of chlorine tablets. This remains chlorine-based disinfection: correct pH, salinity and free-chlorine levels are essential.

Choosing the right model

An option for larger family pools, recommended by Poolservis for volumes up to 70 m³. Its 26 g/h output provides reserve for warm summer days and more frequent use; actual chlorine demand still depends on water conditions, covering and filtration time.

Our recommendation: up to 70 m³. Catalogue maximum: 100 m³.

Poolservis deliberately recommends a lower volume than the upper catalogue figure to retain an output reserve. Persistently warm water, heavy use, an uncovered pool or shorter filtration hours may call for an even higher-output version.

Self-cleaning cell and salinity measurement

The titanium electrolytic cell uses automatic polarity reversal at an adjustable interval of 1 to 10 hours, helping reduce calcium deposits. Self-cleaning does not mean maintenance-free: inspect the cell and follow the manual if cleaning is needed. Integrated salinity measurement has a catalogue accuracy of ±500 ppm.

Integration with pool equipment

EasySalt supports Wi-Fi, Modbus RS485 and a dry contact for integration with a wider control system. An external dosing pump can also be connected. A pump connection alone does not mean that this configuration automatically measures and regulates pH; the required control needs the appropriate equipment.

Cell life is a catalogue figure, not a guaranteed operating duration. Actual life depends on water conditions, salinity, load and maintenance.

Installation and everyday operation

  1. Before installation, check that all pool equipment is suitable for salt water and follow the unit’s instructions.
  2. Use salt intended for pool electrolysis and maintain the recommended 3–5 g/l concentration. Allow it to dissolve and mix thoroughly before starting production.
  3. Adjust output and operating time according to water test results. Operate the chlorinator with functioning circulation and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Regularly check pH, free chlorine, salinity and cell condition. Follow the manual for shutdown and winterisation.

Frequently asked questions

Does salt water mean a chlorine-free pool?

No. The chlorinator produces chlorine from salt dissolved in the water. The benefit is continuous disinfectant generation, not the elimination of chlorine.

Is the catalogue maximum enough to choose a model?

We recommend retaining a reserve. For EasySalt 26, we therefore recommend up to 70 m³ and use that same figure in our shop filters.
